Arigamix customisation tools
Developers of Arigamix created a subsystem where the customer’s administrator can do software adjustments to their business procedures himself. This does not only save money, but allows the enterprises to adjust the business process to the changes in the longer period of the company lifecycle. It is created to stand the test of time. There are more than 10 types of system design tools for various forms, lists, processes, charts and graphs.
It empowers the administrator to manage following:

- Create a default path for document approval routes with automated notifications on emails

- Use a role based control access subsystem to create user types based on role models and specify additional conditions for various document attributes

Although a thorough training is provided for the administrator before the start of system use, practice showed that some parts of the subsystems are very easy to use, even by newly employed students in junior positions.
